The headquarters base project of CR Snow Brewery is located in Shenzhen's Bao'an High-Tech Zone in Shenzhen's Shen Gangshan High-Tech Zone, which is an important building in the "core area of integration of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area". The project includes a Snow Brewery headquarters building, a national-level research and development center, a museum showcasing the history of beer, an industrial site plaza, a 100,000-kilolitre craft beer production base, and a town promoting beer culture.

 

       Recently, Zhongchen Light Machinery has once again entered into a deep cooperation with CR Snow Brewery to build 3 high-end intelligent packaging production lines for its headquarters base craft beer project, including can production line, glass bottle production line, and flexible production line. The project will be completed and put into operation in the second half of 2024, used to produce CR Snow Brewery's high-end craft beer, aiming to create a new benchmark for China's beer consumption model.        

     For this production line, Zhongchen Light Machinery has applied and integrated many advanced technologies from around the world, including a flexible filling group that uses electronic valves for rinsing, adjusting the rinsing and drying time online, a filling system that uses probe technology to determine the filling height electrically, using a probe to determine the filling height electrically, making the filling accuracy more precise than conventional short tube filling, and suitable for glass bottle capping and tin can screw capping products.
